real estate agent. Eric Alden is fantastic. He is on-the-ball, organized,
professional and he really cares about his clients. What I appreciate most about Eric
is that he previews properties for us so that we don't have to drive all the way down from
LA to see a property that would not be a good fit for us. He also combs through the
hundreds of listings to find properties that he knows fit our "requirements." Other
agents in the past have simply signed us up for an "auto-e-mail" filling our inboxes with

Actually, I saw your ad in the wall street journal and was curious (I emphasis curious)
about the property listed in France. We are in the process of selling our current
residence in Arlington, Texas and have had a new home built in Mansfield, Texas. I only
