Transaction Coordinator

 Cassandra Amos has been with the CANADAY GROUP since 2012. She works closely with the listing and buyer's agents along with the buyers and sellers responsible for coordinating the paperwork, schedule, vendors, and Escrow, till agreement is executed. She does every transaction  with a great attitude and hard work ethics.

Initiates conference calls up to 6 callers, take notes and write summary of outcome. Review lease documents, credit reports, call references, report to owners summary of findings for them to make an informed decision on tenant approval.

Work closely with in-house Attorney on legal issues for Agents, transactions, paperwork to avoid legal issues or help resolve them and be sure we are in compliance.

Handle office billing, cross reference monthly charges with invoices to assure we are not overcharged for monthly recurring costs.

Approve invoices for payments. Order office supplies, handle vendor payments. Maintain petty cash receipts, disburse funds, turn in summary to corporate office.

Help newer and seasoned Agents resolve difficult issues, explain verbiage of contracts, disclosures, review offers & counters for any inconsistencies or red flags. 

Maintains Broker Trust Log for BRE compliance. Track & coordinate staff schedule for days off, overtime, vacation so that office is running efficiently without waste of payroll hours.

Review resumes, conduct interviews for staffing, call references. Distribute leads in a timely manner. Work directly with IT specialist regarding computer needs/issues/software/domain names/equipment.
