Sam Fard came to the USA in 1973 from Iran to study Architecture at USC.

Amber Bonasoro
Amber Bonasoro is Director of Marketing & Advertising. She is in
charge of meeting deadlines for numerous publications including local, national and
international magazines and newspapers. She works closely with the Executive Producer
of the Canaday Group Estates on Video, managing the weekly television show. Amber
graduated with high honors from Chapman University earning a Bachelor of Science in
Business with emphasis in Marketing, Finance, and Management. Amber is up to date
with the latest technology including new ways to market through the internet. She
manages online advertising through the Canaday Group’s website as well as the MLS
and various websites highlighting the company’s esteemed listings. If she’s not in the office focusing on Canaday Group listings, she is showing property as a licensed Realtor. Born and raised in Orange County,

Don Dusatko
Don Dusatko studied engineering at Long Beach State University. Don works diligently in selling residential, investment, and commercial properties since 1984. Don was hired by the Gallup organization as a Real Estate Consultant as well as a Recruiter from the years of 1994 to 2003. He was awarded the National Recruiter of the year for 4 out of the 7 years by the Gallup Organization. Don was also the US Bank Sales Manager for Orange County; in addition to being a Loan Officer with Wells Fargo from 2004 to 2007. He joined the Canaday Group in February of 2008. While selling real estate he has been among the top 1% of producers. Don is known as being a developer and investor. He owns and manages his income property. Don’s clients get the experience, expertise, and attention that is vital when buying or selling their properties. Currently Don resides in Monarch Bay where he has raised his family.

Sasan Aval
Sasan Aval is a Broker Associate with the Canaday Group. He also holds several distinguished designations including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and Graduate of Real Estate Institute (GRI).
After moving to California in 1984, he moved to Orange County in 1993 with a BSEE degree from California State University of Long Beach. After a successful career in the wireless industry, he changed his career to real estate sales to stay close to home and family. Throughout his successful real estate career, Sasan has earned numerous awards and recognitions including Re/Max’s 100% Club and the prestigious Re/Max Platinum Club award that put him among the top 3% Re/Max agents in California in productions. Prior to joining the Canaday Group, he owned and operated his own independent brokerage in Orange County. He is also an active investor and owns income properties.
Sasan Aval brings a wealth of proven excellence in handling the sales and escrow process, extensive knowledge of real estate practice and technology, and offers a hands-on experience with many aspects of real estate practices including short sales, bank-owned, investment and management.

Growing up with parents as brokers, Christine was raised in a real estate learning environment. An alumnus of the University of California, Irvine, she graduated earning a Bachelor of Science in Business degree along with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science degree. As a licensed realtor and agent with RE/MAX, she truly enjoys helping others find homes that suit their every need and is very dedicated in doing the research for any questions her buyers may have. While Christine loves working in real estate, she also enjoys reading novels while sipping warm coffees at cafes.
